ETHIBOND EXCEL™ Suture, SH, Size 2/0, Green, 4" x 30" is a sterile, nonabsorbable surgical suture composed of high molecular weight, long-chain, linear polyester (polyethylene terephthalate). It is braided for enhanced strength and flexibility and is coated with a proprietary polybutilate lubricant to improve handling and knot security.

The green color of the suture provides excellent visibility in surgical fields, enhancing precision during suturing. The SH (taper point) needle ensures minimal tissue disruption and smooth passage through delicate tissues. This design is particularly effective in general soft tissue approximation, including cardiovascular, ophthalmic, and neurological applications, where reliable long-term support is needed.

ETHIBOND EXCEL™ maintains tensile strength indefinitely since it is nonabsorbable, ensuring continued tissue support where required for prolonged periods.
